Job Description

Supports the Office of Telemedicine through the coordination of day to day clinical operations development and implementation of new programs and a variety of operational and administrative functions.Job responsibilities require strong organizational and problem solving skills attention to detail and an understanding of clinic operations. Strong interpersonal skills are needed for effective interaction with physicians partners patients and colleagues.

Supports the development of new programs and the maintenance of current programs.
Coordinates and maintains clinical operations for continuity and efficiency of services for our customers to include Clinic Preparation Clinic and On-Call Support Clinic Documentation and Review.
Provides exceptional customer service in a manner to maximize satisfaction and loyalty of our customers including patients and internal and external partners and associates.
Performs variety of operational and clerical duties to support department operations.
Performs area-specific support activities for special projects or events.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Position Compensation Range: $13.12 - $20.34 Hourly


Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.

Experience: 3 years of relevant healthcare and customer service experience.

Licensure: Valid Virginia Drivers License (VADL) may be required.


Job requires sitting for prolonged periods, frequently walking, repetitive motion: computer keyboard activities. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs. May be exposed to blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
