Oversees the staff and operations of the pharmacy supply chain. Ensures appropriate purchasing, inventory management, supply chain operations, and regulatory compliance for pharmacy supply chain.
Responsible for pharmacy supply chain across the pharmacy department. Works collaboratively across teams and departments to support and maintain appropriate inventory of pharmaceuticals and supplies, supply chain regulatory compliance, and supply chain integrity. Provides oversight to the Pharmacy Requisition operation by working with clinics, research labs, and grants for drug purchasing and distribution of medications. Oversees pharmaceutical expense budget and provides oversight to appropriate purchasing and inventory management. Ensures 340B program compliance and oversight through routine audits and optimization.
Additional responsibilities will be assigned as identified. Manager will lead problem solving and ongoing process improvement efforts across the pharmacy supply chain operation and throughout the department.

Position Compensation Range: $120,952.00 - $181,438.40 Annual
Education: Pharmacy degree (B.S. and/or Pharm.D.) from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy required.
Experience: 3 years of General Practice experience required. 1 year Management experience preferred. Specialized residency training in pharmacy administration will be considered in lieu of experience.
Licensure: Licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Virginia required.
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require walking some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
